Support Groups 

•  Caregiver Support Group – Monthly support for caregivers.  Meetings are the third Tuesday at the Albion Academy Building, 1st Floor, West Academy Street, Albion.  Call Tammy Graham at 585-589-3192 if you plan on bringing your loved one to the meeting. 
• Grief Support Group - Held each Thursday evening from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at the Hospice Office on Rt. 31 in Albion.  Call 585-589-0809 for more detail.
• Grief Share - Held each Thursday until May 28th at the Medina United Methodist Church, West Ave., Medina.  Call 585-798-2142 for more detail.   
• Congregate Nutrition Centers (Nutrifair) - Hot lunch meals offered weekly at four sites throughout the county (Albion, Kendall, Medina, Lyndonville), with scheduled daily activities. Call 585.589.7817 for times and a reservation. Suggested contribution is $3.00.
