OEDA/IDA actively pursues the location and expansion of growing businesses. To help achieve success, the agency's staff takes an active role in coordinating and implementing project development activities by assisting the client company with business plan preparation, government loans/applications, ombudsmen services, governmental coordination and overall project management.

By maintaining a current inventory of available buildings/sites suitable for manufacturing, research & development and office activities, OEDA/IDA can prepare a list of sites suited to the interests of a prospective business. This information can then be packaged into a proposal that identifies and recommends the financing and incentive programs that best respond to the operating requirements of the business.
