Home Care Nursing

Home Health Care is a service provided by the Orleans County Health Department.

Physician ordered services may include:

♦  Skilled Nursing

♦  Physical therapy

♦  Occupational therapy

♦  Home Health Aide services

♦  Patient Review Instrument (PRI) - a screening tool performed by a Home Health Nurse for people in the community.  The screening is required for nursing home placement and/or to assess level of care needed.  Charges may apply.
