¨      Rehabilitation Services

Our dedicated Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and Physical Therapy Assistant, work closely with the resident, physicians and family to return the resident to his / or her home.  Together the REHAB team has had a high success rate or returning residents to there home or a lower level of care.

¨      Short Term Stay

This program is designed to provide a break to the caregiver in the community, for an out of town wedding, business trip or vacation.  We want to help you continue caring for your loved one and yourself.  When you need time away from care giving, for an out of town wedding, business trip or vacation, we are here to provide short-term nursing home care.

 

¨      Long Term Nursing Care

Our team of caring, long term care professionals develop a comprehensive care plan that can meet a wide range of resident needs including:

¨       Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia care

¨       Skilled Nursing Care such as tube feeding, colestomy care

¨      Assistance with activities of daily living and many other traditional nursing home care programs.
