The Sex Offender Registry classifies Registered Offenders according to their risk of re-offending: Level 1 (Low-Risk) - Level 2 (Moderate-Risk) - and Level 3 (High-Risk).

Law Enforcement is prohibited from releasing exact address information on Level 1 & Level 2 Offenders. Only their zip code will appear next to their name.
